November 27, 2006

Calissa - I love the apple game.  I like to play with shapes.  I made a Kwanzaa necklace today.  I like celebrating Christmas and putting the Christmas lights on.

Mom - I took my sewing machine in today to get it fixed.  I have a lot of Christmas shopping still to do.  We gave away all our baby clothes and things.

Conner - Tyler came over at our house and played.  We also played at the park with Eli and Naomi.  We went to Chuck E Cheese on Friday.  We went to Logan's birthday party and saw a magician.

Dad - We had a nice Thanksgiving. I played some football at the Turkey Bowl.  We got our shed all cleaned out and now it's back to work and seminary.

Parker - It's my birthday in 3 days.  We are having a movie party and are watching "Over The Hedge." I played with Eli and Naomi at the park.  We're starting to decorate my house for Christmas.  We are still deciding if we're going to move or not.

November 13, 2006

Conner - I was sick most of last week.  I had my team party at Mountain Mikes.  It was fund.  We got trophies that have a soccer ball that can spin.

Parker - I went to a birthday party at the bowling alley and also had my team party that day at Mountain Mikes.  I got another trophy.  I got a new cast on that is shorter.  I made a travel brochure for a project at school.  I'm making rain sticks on Thursday at school.

Calissa - I'm going to play at Naomi's house tomorrow.  I get to go to Levi's birthday party soon. I will be in Kindergarten next year and in CTR5 class at church.  We had a nice fire on Saturday.

Mom - Book Fair is over!  I survived.  We had a craft night for Young Womens.  We had someone cut our trees last week (instead of doing it ourselves).

Dad - Our bathroom is fully functional now.  We just have a few cosmetic things left.  We still aren't sure if we're moving yet.  Church basketball started and we won our first 2 games.  Seminary is still going well.

October 16, 2006

Mom - Book Fair is coming this week and next week.  It's kept me busy.  I'll be a mom again in 2 weeks.  We're still working on the bathroom.

Conner - I went to Angelo's birthday party on Saturday.  Ryan's birthday (Chandler & Jennifer's son) is on the 18th.  I have a soccer game at 10:30 on Saturday.  I like school.

Parker - I broke both bones in my arm on Tuesday falling from the monkey bars at school.  I watched my team's soccer game on Saturday - they lost 9-1.  I stayed home from school on Wednesday to recover.  We had our Primary Program on Sunday.  I played the piano (one hand).  People said it was a great program.

Dad - The bathroom project continues.  We got some of the holes drilled in the tile for the shower doors, but the drill bits broke so we didn't finish.  Seminary is still going well.

Calissa - I've been going to gymnastics class.  I got some homework from school.  I put up the ark for the primary program.  I did a good job singing.  I bring snacks next week for preschool.  I had a soccer game on Saturday.  I had my favorite chicken noodle soup today.

Dad - We put the tile on the floor in the bathroom on Saturday.  We played Scripture Mastery Pictionary in Seminary this morning.

Calissa - I'm learning about shapes at school. I got to do my first "shape" day.

Mom - We're making progress on the bathroom.  Book Fair is coming up soon.  We finished the directory and passed them out last week.  We're getting ready for craft night at church.

Parker - I had 2 soccer games last week.  We lost one 5-2 and won the other one 5-2.  I'm taking my first math test for 5th grade tomorrow.  We have a social studies test on Friday.  We're having the Rain Gutter Regatta on Thursday.  I will get my Religious Knot Award and another bead.

Conner - I had a soccer game on Saturday and we won 3-2. I got to go to Tyler's house for his birthday. I went in the hot tub and played a new game with a tennis ball.

October 2, 2006

Mom - I'm getting sick.  The Book Fair is coming soon and I'm trying to get things organized.  I'll be glad when it's over.  The bathroom is coming along.

Conner - I won all my soccer games except one (coach says he's lost 2).  I'm doing good reading at school.  I'm on the fluent level.  That means I'm doing really good.  These are the books I should be reading in March-May.  I got all green cards for every school day.

Dad - We had a picnic at work on Friday.  We played some games.  We finished tiling the shower on Saturday.

Parker - I had 2 soccer games last week.  We lost one and won one because of a forfeit. I went to the 5th grade class for Math today.  Our class at school is too noisy.  We might win $20 for the Book Fair for turning in Box Tops.

Calissa - At school I'm learning about my 5 senses.  At gymnastics I've learned how to do a handstand and a forward roll.
